DG3 Warehouse

A complete Dilapidation and Strip Out of an industrial unit located in Dagenham. Previously occupied by a commercial printing company containing offices, meetings rooms and areas for large printing machines.

Large empty warehouse unit in Sunbury.

Intertek, Sunbury on Thames

A full dilapidation of a large industrial unit that had been developed into multiple laboratory rooms, with a mezzanine floor sustaining a large industrial plant room along with office and kitchen areas at the front of the building.
